You have un-install the app, the reinstall it, then re-download the issues. Pop Photo told me in an email. Why the dont post that here. I couldnt say.

November issue is not in my library although my subscription is good through mid next year! Come on and just fix the app... It is time for me to ask for a refund.

This app is not working. After download of the November issue I press the read button and instead of opening the app makes the read button disappear and the download needs to start again. This is really childish on the developers part. If you dont have the funds to put out and update a quality product than dont do it at all. Get your act together!!!!!

Ridiculous bugs plague this app. PopPhoto Editors, its time to ditch this horrible publishing platform (by Adobe?) for good. You definitely can (and must) do better than this.

I have had an account for 18 months. I have been able to download several issues but have been unable to download any issues since I "auto renewed". I cannot find a way to rectify the problem as there are no contact numbers and the FAQ does not cover this problem. So, I am out $14.99.

I subscribed to this magazine approximately 1 month ago and have only received an issue pertaining to 9/11. I see where there is a February 2014 issue but cannot access it. I think it is unfair to charge for a yearly subscription and you cannot access the content. Where is the refund button?

I ordened the Aplication but it does not close the ordering Window in the iPad App site basically blocking it

Much of the magazine is spent reviewing gear or celebrating others work. You can certainly learn from this, but the technical gems are often little more than footnotes within an article.

Great magazine, too bad I wasted the money trying to get it on iPad. Get the printed material, I was only able to gets two issues out of twelve to show up on iPad.

Only got 1st issue for 2 weeks, nothing last 5 months. Dont waste your money!

I liked this app before for its great visuals, but the new version operates much quicker and more smoothly, eliminating some of the technical glitches that occurred with the earlier version. Now, it is a pleasure to read, and the new design really takes advantage of the iPads capabilities. Stunning pictures with great colors and presentation.

You get one current magazine and 3 old magazines. Each magazine costs $ 2.99.

This app is great. Please add more.

Pd for subscription and sent proof of purchase Oct 2013. Have not rec,d magazine . Contracted Bonnier Corp twice as suggest by iTunes support. Still no response. No one is at home

I have just downloaded the app and have attempted to download an issue many times. Every time it has ended up freezing and causing the iPad to reboot. Have not been able to download my first magazine yet. I am a current subscriber through Zinio.

My previous review was negative because each edition was over 500MB in size. I assume this is due to the interactive interface. Unfortunately, I still dont have any positive feedback. My gripes with the content now is that reading and viewing the magazine is more of a hassle than an enjoyment. I understand that the whole touch interface thing is still booming but the reason why I buy magazines is for the static nature of the article and images. I also dont care for how the article text overlays the article images. This is especially true for the before and after shots. If you want to compare two images, dont cover them up and dont make the user have to scroll up, down, up, down, etc. in order to see the differences. There should also be a feature to hide the article text... this is a photography magazine, Id think the actual pictures deserve to be viewed without interference. I wont be resubscribing for the app version. I much prefer a PDF to flip through.

After many attempts, still doesnt recognize my email/login and cant login. No way to get my password set or answers to questions. LAME!!!

Its not intuitive. I struggled for days trying to get my magazines to download. Went to the same screen as RadioPT. Turns out you don’t even use that page. To get your magazines restored click the little Gear on the right side and click “Missing Issues?”. This will restore your magazines. I would suggest to Bonnier Corporation to remove the “My Account” button from the bottom of the screen for the ITunes App Store version. Its only confusing and doesn’t give the ITunes user any additional features.

Created an account on their web site but cant get this app to recognise it to save my life. I guess that means Im stuck and cant become a customer. How great is that??

Good magazine but hard to read since they started forcing me to re orient my ipad on every page. I prefer landscape - easier to hold that way, but the app wont proceed until you turn the way they want you to read it - cant move on until you turn the ipad - what a stupid function. Wont resubscribe until its fixed.
