Issues of the magazine have a lot offer, from great tips in taking photos to information on cameras and equipment. Magazine offers a wide range of taking an investment, your camera, and inspiring you to use it. This is a 5 star app. Additionally, they have great customer service!

The app keeps crashing- it freezes completely. When it doesnt freeze, it forces me to download the current issue every time I want to continue reading it. When the magazine is actually on my iPad, its beautiful. But theres more frustration than enjoyment.

Downloading an issue takes upwards of 15 min even with 15 Mbps broadband. It downloads a bit, long pause, a bit more, pause, etc. Very frustrating. Worse, if you switch apps or let the iPad go to sleep, you lose all your download progress. You must monitor the entire lengthy download and keep it from going to sleep. On the other hand, reading the magazine is a breeze once you have it downloaded. The interface is fast, smooth, and relatively consistent with other Newsstand journals so switching between different magazines is easy. Text is large and easily put in the background so you can enjoy the photography which really pops off the backlit screen. If they fix the download problems, this will be four stars. Until then, I am sticking with the paper magazine. It would also be nice to be able to archive issues you have purchased on your Mac or PC so you can continue to enjoy them if you cancel your subscription. Keeping them on the iPad consumes too much storage space.

I cant believe I received a "please wait a few weeks before updating to iOS 8" push notification today. If indie developers can get their acts together in time for the iOS 8 launch, why cant you? Absolute fail, its unreal.

After ios 5 all of my issues have gone which i have paid for. I sent an email to support, they told me to look at the FAQ which I ve already tried for RESTORE ALL none of my issues was there and also I paid till 2012 april... DONT TRUST THEM !!!!!!!!!!!

Innovative and great reading experience. With one year subscription the price is way cheaper than zinio.

Really cool magazine! New design is pretty nice. Very comfortable library and store. And, of course, interesting issues. 5 star, without questions!

The best photo app ever

Purchased via Apple Store. I have tried to no avail to sign in to the magazine. I have contacted the customer support for Popular Photography, the information they have provided is worthless and has failed to sign me in. Please refund my money!

Despite what the advertising and the FAQ say, the digital access for print subscribers doesnt work. Just an endless loop of signing into your print account that does nothing.

I am having the same issue as many. The links for print subscribers to sign into the digital edition do not work.

As of now app gets a 1 star. No matter what I try and do to get digital access as a print subscriber it just brings up a blank white page. So far customer service has been zero help as well.

Half the issues cost money for print subscribers when they should be free. No response from customer service.

No updates with iOS 7. No response from support.

This app use to be reliable. I updated to io7 and now nothing. I am not getting any new issues. The app say my subscription is good until April next year, but the app is not showing the new issues in my library. I do have the option to purchase the new issues.......

No November issue. Had the same problem last year, worked fine for about a year and died once again. Really wish they would get their act together. I spoke too soon... Just tried for the 10th time in two weeks and it worked this time. This should not be necessary.

As with others that have commented, I am no longer receiving issues in my library after upgrading to iOS 7. For example, the November is in the store, but the app wants me to buy it. Restoring purchases doesnt help. I hope a fix is out soon.

Pop Photo now opens the magazine Image Edge instead of Popular Photography! Total failure to deliver.
